Sadly, the breakfast was quite underwhelming, lacking variety and freshness, and the carpets throughout felt worn and uninviting, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room had a clean and comfortable bed, with a well-functioning air conditioner and a large HDTV, which enhanced my stay. The location was very convenient, with numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance.

The hotel is in need of significant maintenance. carpets showed wear and the bathroom had several issues.

The shower seat in the mobility-access room was visibly damaged, which made it feel unsanitary. The handheld shower had no proper place to secure it, causing inconvenience during use. Water splashed all over the bathroom due to short shower curtains, and the constant leak from the bathroom faucet didn't add to a pleasant stay. Maintenance on the overall room could have been better, with several spots of wall damage noted.

Check-in was a breeze and the mobility-accessible room was perfect for our needs! I loved the cozy seating by the window, and the extra pillows on the super comfy bed made for a dreamy night's sleep. Plus, having a microwave and fridge was a game changer for our snacks on the go!

The coffee maker made a weird brew out of the coffee provided, and the air conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor, making the room feel slightly damp. The person at the front desk seemed friendly at check-in, but I didn't see any follow-up during my stay. Overall, while the location and helpful staff were definite highlights, the cleanliness and maintenance left a bit to be desired.

Easy access to nearby attractions like Pines 1852 Winery and Riverfront Park. The location made our outdoor activities a breeze. Plus, the stay was perfect for up to two kids under 16, which was great for our group.
